KNOW-HOW IN SPRING PRODUCTION AND CONFIGURATION
Torsion springs and tension springs are an essential part of all overhead doors. The correct operation of the door and customer satisfaction are a direct result of the quality and selection of the springs for each specific application.
Because each overhead door is different, the springs needed to balance the door perfectly are also unique. Instead of cutting your own springs from stock lengths, it’s better to outsource the spring production completely to FlexiForce. We produce springs in exactly the size you need, eliminating any scrap or waste. We stock a full range of wire sizes in galvanized hard-drawn wire and oil-tempered wire, and we produce spring inside diameters ranging from 1-¾” through 6” to cover all of your residential and commercial spring applications. All FlexiForce springs are color-coded according to DASMA standards. Our galvanized and oil-tempered springs are engineer tested and perform at an equal performance level. We also stock a wide variety of coned springs and spring snakes for fast delivery.
Galvanized Torsion Springs
CUT & CONED OR SNAKES
Our galvanized springs provide inherent corrosion resistance and a clean appearance that coordinates with our family of galvanized steel hardware products. Several sizes of coned springs are stocked for shorter lead times.
Oil-Tempered Torsion Springs

Polymer-coated oil-tempered springs are also available and provide another clean alternative to standard oil-tempered springs. Oil-tempered spring snakes up to 16’ long are also available with polymer coating
Stenciling
“YOUR NAME HERE”
Spring dimensions and winding stripes are stenciled on all galvanized and coated oil-tempered coned springs, up to a max of 50”, and custom stenciling is available upon request.
Spring Cones
STATIONARY AND WINDING
We have the full line of stationary and winding cones, from 1-¾” to 6” including duplex and 1-¼” bore.
Spring Filler
PVC PLASTIC
- 6” spring filler is a must to prevent sag in your torsion spring.
- For those who order snakes and custom cut your own springs, these are available in 12’ lengths.
- Our plastic spring filler does not require caps on the end because of their “honeycomb” interior.
